Ribeye Steak
Learn how to cook ribeye steak, its is incredibly simple to make the most perfect, juicy ribeye steak. It just takes a little planning.

- 1 Ribeye Steak
- Knob of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Few Sprigs of Rosemary
- 2 Crushed Garlic Cloves
- Remove ribeye steak from fridge at least 30 minutes before cooking
- Season steak on both sides with salt and pepper
- Heat dry pan until hot
- Put in the steak and cook for 4 minutes
- Flip steak and add the butter, garlic and rosemary
- Continue to baste the steak with the butter for 3 minutes
- Check doneness with finger test
- When done to your liking remove from pan and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes
- Serve with your favourite sauce and sides
- Enjoy!
